Correction & Clarificaton... Re: Rev Garnett Roper
published: Thursday | February 15, 2007

Two articles by Wendy Lee on February 4 in the In Focus section of The Sunday Gleaner and by Peter Espeut published on February 7, referred to Rev. Garnett Roper as project manager for the Tankweld Rio Bueno port development project.

Both Rev. Roper and Mr. Chris Bicknell, managing director of Tankweld, deny that Mr. Roper is the project manager for the company. Mr. Bicknell says Rev. Roper helped to organise a community meeting involving several interests in the area as well as to coordinate a press launch.
