BON APPETIT'S May issue is a veritable pot-pourri of exciting Caribbean fare that covers almost the whole 192 pages of the magazine.
Congratulations are to be given to Chef Norma Shirley and Virginia Burke, who contributed their stories, A Night in Jamaica and Stalls and Shacks respectively, taking the largest piece of the magazine for this island (pages 124 - 141).
Other Jamaicans mentioned in the prestigious publication are Dian Watson's famous hom... hom...hominy (my mantra as I approach Kingston) - at Contemporary Art Gallery, and for Jerk - Boston Jerk, Red Hills Road and Ocho Rios Village Jerk Centre.
