WHAT ARTISTES Think looks at current societal issues and asks an artiste to give his or her opinion on that issue. It is social awareness from the perspective of those who are sometimes held responsible, appropriately or not, for highlighting and contributing to the attitude of the society.

This week's edition focuses on government's decision to renovate Devon House. Government has approved the compulsory acquisition of Devon House property by the Commissioner of Lands. Once the purchase is complete, renovations on sections of the property including garden gazebos, roadways and parking lots, will be upgraded. Minister Burchell Whiteman said this will cost $14 million.

"I have a bun that I take to foreign all the time and people love it, is over there I buy it. The place has been there for a long time and it need fixing up. It's good that they are going to do it now," said Ken Boothe.
