Cops quiz three on Jones Town violence
published: Tuesday | December 27, 2005

FLYING SQUAD detectives yesterday picked up three influential men from the Jones Town Community - George Phang , his brother Andrew and Patrick Roberts of Shocking Vibes fame.

The Gleaner understands that the men are being questioned in connection with the escalating gang warfare in the volatile Jones Town community of South St. Andrew, where more than 50 people have been murdered since April last year.

According to a senior police officer who spoke with The Gleaner last night, two of the men had their licensed firearms seized by the police last week.
