bmobile customers traveling to Finland, Luxembourg, Morocco, Argentina, Uruguay, India, Pakistan and Hong Kong now have more options for enjoying uninterrupted mobile service in these destinations as Cable & Wireless has entered into roaming agreements with seven other operators in these countries.
The new bmobile roaming partners are: Warid (Pakistan); Aircel (India) Smartone-Vodaphone (Hong Kong); Sonera (Finland), VOXmobile (Luxembourg); Maroc Telecom (Morocco); and, CTI (Argentina and Uruguay).
At the same time, these agreements also allow customers of these carriers to enjoy roaming services on the bmobile network. With respect to SmarTone-Vodaphone in Hong Kong, the agreement covers GPRS data services.
Cable & Wireless currently has roaming arrangements with over 80 mobile service providers globally, in addition to 47 GPRS roaming agreements.
