Must have her

Kevin and Shanissa Fraser - CONTRIBUTED

KEVIN FRASER and Shanissa James met four years ago. The two lived in Greater Portmore, four houses apart.

James never noticed Fraser but he noticed her and constantly made passes at her. One morning in particular, she remembered he commented as she walked past, "I must have this girl." That was when she thought he must be seriously interested in her. The following morning as she left for work he asked if he could see her when she got home. She agreed. "The following day he offered me a ride to work, I accepted and things picked up from there."

On her birthday last November, she woke up with an engagement ring on her finger. "I guess that meant that he was not asking me, he was telling me. I would have agreed either way," said James. They now have two daughters.

Fraser and James got married on July 9, 2005, at Bethel Baptist Church in St. Andrew. The reception was held at Waterfalls and they honeymooned at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay.
