The winners are...
published: Thursday | May 13, 2004

THE ENTRIES bubbled up fast and furious in our Brewed To a Tea contest. By fax, by e-mail, by snail mail, and by personal drop offs they came. They came with fanciful drawings and sketches of teapots and saucers; they came one by one and in bundles of up to 17!

If there is one thing we've learned from this experience is that Food readers really love their tea. Still, not everyone can be a winner and below are the randomly selected winners of the various prizes:

1: Tea for 4 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto

Anne Carey, Kingston 10

2: Tea for 2 at Norma's on the Terrace, Devon House, Kingston

Lilian Dixon, Kingston

3: Tea for 2 at The Ritz-Carlton Golf and Spa Resort, Montego Bay

Marlene Hemmings, Brown's Town, St. Ann

4: Tea for 2 at the Invercauld Great House, Black River, St. Elizabeth

Johanna Dixon Lee, Coleyville, Manchester

5: Tea for 2 at the Terra Nova Hotel, Waterloo Road, Kingston

Janet Hamm, Kingston 19

6: Tea for 2 at the Pegasus Hotel, New Kingston

Simone Grant, Kingston 10

7: Western Tea package

Marie Gregory, Kingston 8

8: Asian Tea package

Jhamellia Stephenson, Kingston 4
