THE EDITOR, Sir:PLEASE ALLOW me to express thanks to the wonderful staff members at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Montego Bay.
I had the opportunity of spending a few days at the Ritz Carlton and I had the most wonderful time.
I was of the opinion that the customer-oriented organizations in Jamaica no longer provide superior services but the staff members proved me wrong. I cannot believe that there are places in Jamaica that provide such excellent service. I had everything at my disposal including the staff.
I especially want to say thank you to two members of staff in particular, Winsome Wilson and Fayonne Johnson, who I think went above and beyond to ensure that I was totally satisfied. Your service was greatly appreciated.
