Shortchanging the customers

THE EDITOR, Sir:

BECAUSE OF competition, Cable and Wireless has offered its mobile customers per second billing.

However, I notice that this per second billing doesn't apply when one calls a Cable and Wireless mobile number from a land line!

Get real Cable and Wireless, if you are offering a service; then offer a service and stop shortchanging your customers.
