Cabinet approves $40m for school feeding programme
CABINET HAS approved the award of two contracts totalling $40 million for the state-funded school feeding programme, which benefits 456,000 students in early childhood, primary and secondary schools.

PC seeks $1.7m to finish MoBay abattoir upgrade
WESTERN BUREAU: THE ST. James Parish Council is in need of $1.75 million to complete upgrading of the Montego Bay Abattoir, which was ordered closed by the St. James public health authorities over six months ago.
