A wonderful idea

THE EDITOR, Sir:

DR. GARTH RATTRAY'S suggestion concerning deputising citizens to assist the traffic police in nabbing the 'road hogs,' I think is a wonderful idea. It should be looked into by the Police High Command and the Ministry of National Security with all seriousness.

Now that the Jamaican people have been sensitised to the crime situation in the country, every opportunity should be taken to keep the anti-crime momentum going, by providing the opportunity for ordinary citizens to participate in the fight.
