Playing political football with corruption?

THE EDITOR, Sir:

MR. SEAGA and the JLP's anti-corruption campaign against the government must be extended to the private sector.

Corruption in the public is inseparable from corruption in the private domain. To have an understanding of the extent of the corruption at hand, someone needs to chronicle for us, the history of said corruption. If Seaga and his 'Cinderellas' of virtue limit their revelations and campaign to the present government, credibility becomes an issue. Prime Minister Patterson's threat to expose corruption during a past JLP led government gives rise for major concern.

Is Mr. Patterson suggesting that if Seaga and the JLP drop their anti-corruption campaign, he in turn will not reveal the misgivings of previous JLP-led government(s)?

I am etc.,
