That plan for slums

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THIS IS an open letter to the Leader of the Opposition.

Mr Seaga Sir:

I see you are planning to tear down the slums and house the occupants in "New blocks of Housing" Have you thought of where this money will come from? With Jamaica's revenue collection system in disarray, where everyone, weasel out of paying their taxes, where will you get the money?

Are you planning to borrow more money from the IMF so that the next government after you will be forced to implement draconian measures that harm our citizens, just so that the debt can be repaid?
