Jamaica have a hectic schedule on today's fourth day of the Americas Federation of Netball Associations tournament being held here at the Stockfarm Sports Complex.
They have two games, first facing a tough challenge against the fast-improving Kittitians at 6:00 (Jamaica time) then they are due to play Canada at 4:30 p.m. (Jamaica time).
Coach Janet Guy anticipates that the St Kitts/Nevis game will be a thriller, but is not overly concerned about Canada.
The same amount of preparation will be put into each game nonetheless.
The St Kitts/Nevis game will be tough because they have been improving doing well for some time now. They have always been able to give us a good run, but we should come out on top.
"Canada have never been able to beat us in the past. I don't know what they are capable of now, but we are prepared for them too," she said.
Meanwhile, defending champions Jamaica turned on a match-winning 15-minute spell early in their game against Grenada to set up a 97-31 victory on Saturday night.
Newcomer Nichala Gibson impressed on her debut as a senior netballer, playing an integral role in the Sunshine Girls' hammering of their spirited opponents.
In a ballerina-like performance, the Jamaicans leapt over and pranced around the Grenadians to record their second consecutive win of the tournament.
The defending champions led the first quarter 31-8 then extended the lead to 54-16 at half time and 75-23 at the three quarter mark.
