I RECENTLY encountered a problem with one of Digicel's dealers which occasioned my calling Digicel's office.
I got an immediate response from its CEO, Mr. Lynch and Elaine Cherry. This is the type of service I expect from any organisation offering goods and services.
I wish other utility companies such as Cable and Wireless would take a leaf from Digicel's book on customer service.
