Kudos to police

The Editor, Sir:
I wish to publicly commend the bravado of the two policemen who responded to the robbery in the Ocean Village plaza on Monday.
Here is one example of law enforcement in this country doing what it should. While I do not glory in the death of the robbers in the incident, I laud the efforts of the officers in containing the situation without the loss of innocent lives.
Kudos gentlemen! It is stories like these that will reinforce the public's trust and confidence in your efforts to protect, serve and reassure.
