Celebrity basketball this Saturday

The Flow National Basketball League (NBL) Celebrity All-Star Basketball game takes place on Saturday at the National Indoor Sports Centre at 6 p.m.

Slated to show their skills, or lack thereof, are Elephant Man, Voicemail, Leftside, Esco, Aidonia, LA Lewis, Delus, among others. Not to be outdone, track star Jermaine Gonzales, Arnett Garden's player, coach Fabian Davis and Waterhouse striker Kevin Lamey will also take to the court.

The celebrities will play with a select group of media representatives.

The most valuable player for the celebrity basketball game will donate a computer, courtesy of Flow, to a charity of his choice.

The teams will be cheered on by a bevy of hot celebrity cheerleaders such as TNT, Raine Seville, Alaine, Mystic, Milk, Phoenix, Candace Buchanan and ZJ Electra.

The celebrity basketball game is part of a host of events which include the third-place play-off at 3 p.m. and game two of the NBL final at 8 p.m. There will also be a three-point shoot-out and slam dunk competition. Music will be provided by True Republic and DJ Kurt Riley, while MC will be Hype TV's Marlon Campbell.
