Radio Jamaica Limited, having fully executed the deal for 100 per cent ownership of Reggae Entertainment Television (RETV) and Jamaica News Network (JNN), has announced management changes in its cable arm. Yvonne Wilks is being transferred from the post of General Manager - Cable Division - to Special Projects Manager in the Group Managing Director's office. JNN and RETV will be integrated and led by Trevor Johnson. Johnson's new title is TVJ Outside Broadcast Productions and Cable Manager. The restructurings by RJR has already seen TVJ's Sports Network, a cable channel, placed under the management of television subsidiary, TVJ.
John Bell has joined the audit committee of Kingston Properties Limited, formerly known as Carlton Savannah REIT Jamaica. Bell is a former partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Jamaica, "where he was lead partner of the firm's financial services audit and assurance practice for many years," said Kingston Properties. The appointment took effect November 4.

Attorney Derek Jones and Karlene Bailey have been appointed board directors of Kingston Wharves Limited, effective November 4.
Subratie at Seprod
Seprod Limited has advised that Michael Subratie was appointed a director of the company at a meeting of the board on Monday. Subratie is managing director of T. Geddes Grant, which is a sister company to Seprod through majority owner Musson Jamaica. JSE, RMOC appointments
Nicole Lambert has joined the board of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) as independent director, representing the Jamaican Bar Association, and will sit on the Regulatory & Market Oversight Committee (RMOC). Central banker Livingstone Morrison, who is also an independent director of the JSE, is the new chairman of the RMOC. The appointments fill vacancies left by Hilary Phillips who resigned as RMOC chair and JSE director after her appointment as judge of the Court of Appeal.
