William 'Bill' Clarke has made his living almost completely from banking. The statement, 'you'll never be completely successful working for people', doesn't take into account the head of Jamaica's Scotiabank operations.

Working for 30 years in the same organisation, Mr. Clarke is a living example of change coming directly from sticking to a task and putting in the hard work it takes to achieve your goals.

In Peter Ferguson's book, Changemakers, there is an impressive photo of Mr. Clarke, which says more than this is what the man looks like. Funnily enough, caught on camera for probably the first time is that underlying intensity that has made him and Scotiabank Jamaica a success.
