Collins grabs six

PORTSMOUTH, Dominica (CMC):
Left-arm fast-medium bowler Pedro Collins grabbed a career-best six wickets to bowl Barbados to first innings points over Windward Islands on the third day of their third-round Carib Beer Series match at Benjamin's Park yesterday.
On an eventful day in which 15 wickets fell, Collins undermined Windwards' top and lower order to finish with six for 24 off 11.5 overs and earn Barbados a useful first innings lead of 49.
Defending a modest 171, Barbados managed to dismiss Windwards for 122 and in 13 overs before the close, reached 68 without loss in their second innings to hold an overall lead of 117.

T&T set for victory
COUVA, Trinidad (CMC):
Teenage batsman Adrian Barath fashioned his maiden first-class century and Amit Jagger-nauth grabbed two wickets to put Trinidad & Tobago in line to grab an outright win on the third day of their Carib Beer Series match at the National Cricket Centre yesterday.
Barath struck an exciting 131 as T&T, with a first innings lead of 97, reached 305 for three declared, leaving the visitors a victory target of 403 in a minimum of 128 overs.
In pursuit of their victory target, the Leewards were in a spot of bother at 118 for four, with Jaggernauth claiming two for 31.
Barath, unbeaten on 27 overnight, became the youngest player since 1966 to score a regional hundred, at 16 years old.
