Valrie Davis: Great texture, good recipe, decorations could have been more creative, flour taste evident.
Claudette Francique: Simply elegant, great texture, too many cherries, too much rum.
Natalee Ffrench: Very moist texture, not too sweet, not too tart, decorations used should have been edible.
Juley Wynter-Robertson: Elegantly designed and decorated, too mushy, too dark, too tart, not enough rum, not sweet enough.
Jennifer Williams-Willoughby: Perfect texture, unique taste, over decorated, too much vanilla.
Ramona Nelson: Good decorations, too dry, too much citrus.
Christine Moore: Good presentation, ordinary tasting.
Simone Wildman: Needs to revisit recipe, fruits too thick, too much mixed peel.
Garnet Smith: Portions need to be reworked, too mushy, very overpowering citrus flavour.
Pantella Robinson: Very creative edible decoration, texture a bit runny, leaves bad after-taste in the mouth.
