MARIO MCDONALD scored six times to lead Dunoon Park Technical to the biggest victory of the 2005 ISSA/Pepsi/JN Manning Cup - a 16-1 hammering of hosts Tarrant - yesterday.
McDonald's six-timer was supported by hat-tricks from Shommarie Coley and Deron Beckford.
Renee Lloyd chipped in with a brace while David McClapin and Loren Logan got one goal apiece.
However, despite the massive victory, Dunoon's second-round aspirations are still hanging in the balance.
They lead Charlie Smith (18 points), who crushed Ardenne 8-2 yesterday, by one point. Captain Graig Hunter netted a hat-trick for 'Charlie'.
Dunoon have two games to play; first against Tarrant on Friday and then Charlie Smith in a rescheduled game at a date to be announced.
Idle yesterday, Calabar are also on 19 points from eight games. They too have two games to play.
Meanwhile, Wolmer's 7-1 victory over Ascot yesterday secured their second-round berth from Group F. Nicholas Beckett scored a hat-trick for the Heroes' Circle side.
They have an unassailable 19 points - ahead of Spanish Town and Ascot (13 each), but the former have two games in hand.
Tivoli and Waterford are the only other teams to have secured their second-round berths in the Manning Cup.
