A lesson for CARICOM

THE EDITOR, Sir:

NOW THAT that a naive CARICOM has been conned by the neo-cons in Washington (pun intended), one would hope that the lesson has been learnt by our eminent Caribbean Prime Ministers.

That is, while Washington speaks, pay attention not to their lips, but to the hands holding the knife.

The Native Americans understood that, albeit much too late for them. I do remember them saying something however, about "a forked tongue".
