KINGSTON, JAMAICA:
Grace, Kennedy Remittance Services Limited (GKRS) has embarked on a community renovation project to enhance and improve the work environment of our law enforcers in 6 police stations across Jamaica.
The project was launched with the painting, tiling and presentation of a 20" television set, a 3 piece couch set, a computer, utensils, 3 fans, a community notice board and an outside sign to the Porus Police Station in Manchester. The Porus community including Western Union and Bill Express agents, Dave Barnett of Barnett's Emporium and Bobby Simpson of S & V Cambio contributed significantly to the success of the project.
According to GKRS' General Manager Oliver Chen, "As an active member of the Jamaican business landscape, GKRS remains focused in playing our part to ensure that those who serve in the interest of the nation are not ignored but receive due consideration through corporate acts of benevolence".
Grace, Kennedy Remittance Service is the local agent for Western Union and owners of the brands FX Trader Cambio and Bill Express - the bill payment place from Grace.
