The world is in trouble
published: Sunday | January 5, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir:

AS WE come to the close of another year, we all can certainly say, "Thank you, God, that I am alive!" We all can with one voice agree that the world is in trouble. I would like to take this opportunity to let us all know that we are all here for a special purpose, and being alive means we have the opportunity to make the best of life.

The only way we can truly make the best of life is if we go back to the manual, that is, the Bible, that God, our creator, has given us. As simple as it sounds, this book, the Bible, has changed many lives for the better, as we put into practice the requirements God wants from us.

If we seriously desire changes for the better, we need to bring back the world to God, the source of love, peace and goodwill. I wish you all the best. To God be all the glory.

I am, etc.,
