THE EDITOR, Sir: The Jamaican Bar Association is deeply distressed by the tragedies which have occurred in Jamaica in recent months.

Change the strategy
THE EDITOR, Sir: As an ardent supporter of law and order and of the human rights of all our people, I must express my deep concern at the excessively brutal use of force by the security forces in attempting to apprehend gunmen.

No laughing matter
THE EDITOR, Sir: Surely by this time, the caring, decent people still living in this country realise how profoundly endangered they are.
