Congrats NHT

THE EDITOR, Sir:

RECENTLY I telephoned the National Housing Trust in an effort to obtain information on the services offered and was transferred to the Customer Service Department.

I was able to obtain the much-needed information from a customer service representative who identified herself as Miss Novelette Roach. Miss Roach was very helpful and took time to outline my options in utilising the services offered by the Trust. At the end of the discussion, I felt encouraged as a contributor to use the service of the Trust.

I also got the impression that the representative enjoyed being a part of such an important organisation.

I also felt that should I call again, I could expect to be treated in a professional manner by the staff.

As the NHT celebrates another anniversary, I say congratulations on your achievements.

I am, etc.,

MICHELLE A. WILLIAMS

St. Catherine
