Enjoy the splendour of Jamaica Crest Resort

PORT ANTONIO

NESTLED IN the heart of Fairy Hill and to the East of Port Antonio in Portland, on seventeen acres of tropical evergreen lands is the Jamaica Crest Resort.

Built in 1995 and also owned and operated by the Swaby family, this multi-million facility has been considered by many as a safe haven for the rich and famous, along with local residents who cherish its splendour.

The facility boasted ten villas, a massage parlour, a lawn tennis court, and a swimming pool, along with its recent addition, a state-of-the-art seven story, 52-room hotel with several penthouse suite.

Resort manager, Sheryll Ellis, states that one of their main areas of concentration is conferences and weddings. She said the facility is not only well supported by foreigners but also by local clients.

With the motto "At Crest We Pamper Our Guests", Miss Ellis said that pampering begins in the reception lobby with a complimentary drink.

The resort manager added that the success so far was realised through the efforts of its workers. According to Miss Ellis, rigorous training is held to refine the already excellent workers.

"We have a vibrant and efficient staff", said Miss Ells. "They continue to display a level of professionalism, and without them this level of success could never be achieved."

The multi-face facility is completed by two restaurants, a discotheque, gym and bar along with a snack area. With its lush vegetation and fruit trees, the facility overlooks the sea and is considered by many to be a modern day paradise.
