Peter Kerr-Jarrett is dead

WESTERN BUREAU: WELL-KNOWN MONTEGO Bay real estate developer and noted attorney-at-law Peter Francis Kerr-Jarrett is dead. He died at his home in Granville, St. James, on Tuesday night. He was 84.
