The 'Midas Touch'

THE EDITOR, Madam:

THE YUGOSLAVIAN people have changed the course of their history by using the 'Midas Touch' called voting in an election.

Slobodan Milosevic's era is over, and his political record will go down in history as one of the greatest violators of human rights of this century. Many peoples lives in his country have been shattered by his egomaniac policies.

The new president-elect Vojislav Kostunica will have a busy time putting hope and confidence in the minds of the Yugoslavian people. After all everybody knows power corrupts even the best of persons.

I am, etc.,

BALDWIN COLLINS

Newmarket, Lewisville PO
