SuperClub's member of staff wins cash prize

SUPERCLUBS' PEOPLE Development Programme (PDP) continues to help lucky team members win over J$250,000 towards down payment on residential land.

The PDP started just under four years ago, and on September 12, the resort group's Grand Lido, Braco, front office receptionist/night auditor, Clifton Oliver, became the latest of over 20 SuperClubs team members to win the coveted gift.

The regular 'land draw' function was held in the resort's parking lot. Oliver, who spent three years with the hotel chain, was left speechless at his good fortune.

SuperClubs' Vice President, Human Resources, Dr. Errol Holmes - who manages the PDP incentive - pointed out that Clifton Oliver's good fortune was what dedication to one's job and a quest for excellence were all about.

"He has been an exemplary team member!" Dr. Holmes intoned - "and a deserving winner!"

SuperClubs' People Develop-ment Programme push, allows the group's team members from its eight Jamaican properties to also win motorcars, electronic equipment and appliances and scholarships.

Qualifying team members also get an opportunity to go on quarterly "SuperSplash' all-day North Coast beach picnic.
